I’m constantly working on great stuff to help you live longer and healthier, so here’s a couple of links to a few of those:

The Weight Loss Reflex

This is my book on weight loss, based on neurological concepts surrounding how to build and change habits.  Listen, the basics of diet and exercise aren’t that complex (although I do cover them in the book).  The hard part is, how do you change your day to day habits- the buzzword is “lifestyle modification”- when you’ve got a career, kids, hobbies, social life, or all other kinds of things keeping you busy… AND you’re stuck in a rut of sitting on the couch eating ice cream out of the tub every night?  Bottom line?  This book is about how to change FATNESS habits into FITNESS habits. Order it straight from the publisher here.

After Party

My current favorite invention.  This is a nutritional supplement designed to help prevent hangovers.  Yes, you read that right.  I’m not a big drinker, but I get horrible, horrible hangovers.  I mean, the kind that make me pray for the sweet release of Death.  These capsules contain all-natural, perfectly safe ingredients that prevent me from hiding under the bed all day long in the fetal position on those rare occasions when I DO head out on the town and have a few drinks (or more than a few).  Check out the full site for more details.

Nutrametrix

This is the line of nutritional supplements I like to take.  If you’ve read my free report on how to pick out good quality nutritional supplements (and if you haven’t, why on Earth haven’t you?  It’s free and you can find it on the top right corner of the page), then you know I like liquid or powder supplements that your body can assimilate easily.  I started taking these years ago and haven’t been able to find anything better since.  This is a link to an order page; I highly recommend the multivitamin, OPC-3 antioxidant, and fish oils.  Their Co-Q10 is also really good along with a blend of chromium and Co-Q10 I take to help with proper insulin use and carb metabolism called “Isochrome”.

There’s more on the way, folks, and if you have a suggestion for something you want or need, feel free to email me at healthyandy@healthyandy.com!  Stay healthy!
